Please proceed to UP Diliman Cash Office, 2nd Floor, UP Diliman. PNB Building, Apacible Street, UP. Diliman Campus. Quezon City
Present the Payment Slip / Statement of Account for payment.
Residence Enrollment
Students must write a letter of intent addressed to the Dean citing reasons for opting to enroll in Residence. Students must sign it and it has to be endorsed by the program adviser and Chair. Kindly send it to ocs_cssp.upd@up.edu.ph for the endorsement of the College Secretary, after which they will submit it to the Dean for approval. Upon approval, wait for the start of regular registration to enlist you in Residence.
Shifting/Transfering for undergraduate program
Information from the UPD College of Social Sciences and Philosophy
Shifting to BA/BS Psychology Program - Students who have plans to shift to BA or BS program should write a letter of intent to shift to the Chairperson, endorsed by the program adviser. This should also include a copy of their True Copy of Grades (TCG). Requests will then be forwarded to the program coordinator and chairperson, who will deliberate on this. Afterwards, the OCS will be notified of approved requests. This will be processed during the shifting/transferring application period.

Send the filled out and signed form to psych.upd@up.edu.ph with the subject [Sem] Application for graduation - Last name, First name (Program) - example: [2022-2023 1st] Application for graduation - Dela Cruz, Juan (BA Psych)
It is not specified in the form but kindly include an alternate email aside from your UP gmail (@up.edu.ph).

How do I get admitted into the BA/BS Psychology program?
The College of Social Sciences and Philosophy admits students into its undergraduate degree programs through the UP College Admissions System.
When can I apply for shifting/transfering?
Applications are usually accepted during midyear (starting June 1). Note that your grades should be complete before applying for shifting/transferring, and you must have complied with the university and department requirements. Please visit https://kssp.upd.edu.ph/ or the FB page of the Office of the College Secretary for the application forms, process, and announcements.
Do you accept second degree applicants?
The Department does not accept students with a bachelor’s degree as transferees to our undergraduate programs. We encourage them to apply to our graduate program instead.
Do you offer minor programs?
The Department is not offering any minor programs.
Can I take Psych 180 (Social Psychology) as an elective? What are its prerequisite courses?
Psych 180 instructors have the prerogative to decide if they will accept non-psychology majors into their classes.
